You don’t actually say how the Bush administration did not include in their ‘budget’ what was being spent for the war chest, the no bid contracts, nor was included the tax breaks for companies who outsourced our jobs while we were paying taxes on what the big money corporations were not paying! These things were what skyrocketed the deficit. President Obama has included these things in his budget that were NOT paid for, and THAT is why we still have a deficit. If we do not invest in the manufacturing, placing that in the forefront of American resurgence, we will be a third world country!
