The House Budget Committee will hold a hearing this afternoon at 1:00pm called “The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009: An Update”.
Witnesses scheduled to appear in front of the committee are Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Josh Bivens of the Economic Policy Institute, and Veronique de Rugy of the Mercatus Center.
