Here’s a roundup of this morning’s must-read budget and economic stories:

President Obama and Congressional leaders agreed late Sunday to a plan to raise the debt ceiling and cut spending. The Hill, Los Angeles Times, The New York Times (here as well), Politico, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and The Washington Times have the details.

Several news outlets analyze individual groups’ support for the deal. According to The Washington Post, Senate leadership is on board, while The Wall Street Journal questions whether House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) will be able to come up with the votes to pass the deal. Politico says House Republicans will support it. The Washington Post says the left and right flanks of both parties are not happy.
