Government overspending is perhaps the most urgent threat we face.

With the exception of World War II, government spending has never taken up such a large part of our economy.  Our country is feeling the effects immediately: the public sector is outpacing the private sector in job creation, economic growth has slowed, and uncertainty about what government will do next is causing businesses to forego investments.

The consequences get so much worse in coming years: tax increases, a debt that doubles in five years and triples in 10, and a higher cost of everyday goods.
