Most lawmakers return to Washington today for the first day of the lame duck session. Though it certainly has an unimposing name, the impact this lame duck could have on our fiscal future is quite serious. From tax cuts to funding the government, this Congress still has a lot left on their plate before the newly elected crowd comes to the capital.
