Until this President starts listening to QUALIFIED MONEY PEOPLE and dumps his totally political brain, our country is going over the cliff. I believe this cliff is MUCH CLOSER than anyone is willing admit! God Help Us, PLEASE!

I wish, I pray that someday we have a government that TRULY reflects the people they represent. I am not talking about gender, race, etc.–I am talking about regular people, the small business owner, the farmer, the teacher, intermingled with the doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs. Too many are upper, upper income people and absolutely no regular income people at all. Lets not forget that all measure of intelligence should not be solely measured by which Ivy League college someone graduated from. Common sense and self discipline are very admirable qualities to have and have little to do with who your ancestors were or the degree on your wall. Balance is what we need in local, state & federal government to keep all honest [ or at least close to it]and elected officials who understand that they were not elected to push THEIR personal agenda, they were elected to voice the concerns of their constituents.

Politicians need to start listening to the voice and will of the American people. It’s time for them to stop looking out for their own interests and start looking out for ours. If they can’t seem to be able to do this then perhaps it’s time to clean house in Congress and the Administration and start again with new blood.

It appears that Bloomberg has skewed polling results. This poll shows almost 94% favor cutting spending and taxation (versus only 6% in favor of more govt. waste)!
We MUST cut at least $1.6 Trillion per year from federal govt. spending just to get a balanced budget. Do it, Congress! Do it NOW!

No one wants to hear what an 88 year old (from the last generation) has to say.In my day, we never spent what we didn’t have…we never borrowed, we did without if necessary…but we always paid our bills …seems to me we need to live on a Balanced Budget.

you rich folks can’t keep taking it out on the poor folks, if you don’t have a tripple million or a billion or more you are poor too and your efforts are wasted, you need to invest in those that need help and help them, not put them down and beat them down and keep them down, it isn’t beneficial to you any more than it is to them, and one day you will suffer for it, they suffer now, you suffer later, but it can be changed, let’s take the money back and get some agreements going that they will work with us? how about it, do you have the guts and courgage, rather than being a holes about it and wanting your share which if you want to be like the wealthy you are never going to get
