Yea, we started bankrupting America when we invaded Iraq. I’m so grateful that Obama has had the guts to keep our economy out of freefall.

We as the People of the United States haven’t been bankrupting the U.S., the leaders of this great nation that pass laws and bills and amendments have been bankrupting this country and it wasn’t Obama who has done anything about changing it. Clinton had the budget balanced a long time ago and because the country actually showed a surplus, the Bush administration decided to get spend happy! So now once again we are in the same boat as before with no way out unless our leaders get their heads out of their *&%#es and fix what they have soooooooo messed up. Did you get a billion dollar bailout when you needed money at any time this year? Didn’t think so, but there are a few banks and auto makers who could tell you otherwise. How about your home? Are you fortunate enough to have one? The 34th Minor video is a farce! Our country needs job stimulation and our government can only put the newest technologies on the shelf and watch the most innovative country ever known to mankind go right down the crapper. We need change people, And November is right around the corner. Let’s get busy raising Kane or our good ol’ U.S. of A is doomed~

The People have not bankrupt America big gov’t did. When things are sooo bad in the economy the president should take the necessary steps to correct it, this has not even been attempted let alone any solutions for the problems. Homeless, jobless and need of state help programs is almost a given anymore. The fat pockets of gov’t need a hole in their pockets and the money that falls out should be used to better the people of the U.S. (U.S. doesn’t seem to mean much anymore). All these stupid bills passed by FL republicans are really bad news and most people probably not even aware of them and the ramifications they will cause if they are passed. Wake up America and speak or the go’vt will speak for you even more, sometimes feels like we are getting big brother here. We are being made in China what next?

Here’s a chart of household debt as a % of GDP. At the peak in 2007 Americans actually had a NEGATIVE savings rate. Now I don’t like big government at all but to say Americans didn’t bankrupt themselves is worthy of correction.
