This week has brought another round of budget negotiations. And with Congress’ inability to pass a long-term funding solution for fiscal year 2011, there have been many such weeks. They’re currently considering a CR to fund the Pentagon through the end of the year, but provide the rest of the federal government with funds for just another week. Congressional Democrats are opposing the measure.
